How it works

What does working with EterWebStudio actually look like, step by step?

Every engagement follows the same structure, adapted to your reality:

Free diagnostic call (30 min) — We listen to what’s happening in your business: what’s unclear, what’s slow, what decisions feel harder than they should.

Scope & proposal — Based on your situation, we define the scope, objective, and investment. You’ll know exactly what we’ll work on and what you’ll receive.

Analysis & build — We go into your data, processes, and systems. We identify what’s working, what isn’t, and why.

Delivery & clarity — You receive structured insights, dashboards, or strategic recommendations — in plain language, not just charts.

Ongoing advisory (optional) — Monthly retainer to keep your systems aligned and decisions sharp as your business grows.

How long does it take to see results?

It depends on the scope of your situation — and we’ll be honest with you about that upfront. A focused data diagnosis can produce actionable insights within 2–4 weeks. A deeper organizational analytics engagement — one that includes governance, risk, and process re-engineering — typically runs 1 to 3 months. The first milestone is always clarity on what’s actually happening. That usually arrives before anything else.

What do I actually receive at the end?

Deliverables are defined by what your business needs, not a fixed template. Depending on the engagement, you may receive:

Dashboards & visualizationsData you can read and act on — not just look at.

Diagnostic reportsWhat’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next.

Strategic recommendationsA documented action plan with priorities and rationale.

Automated systemsWorkflows that remove manual work and connect your platforms.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Not as much as you might think. You don’t need clean or organized data — that’s often exactly the problem we’re hired to solve. What helps is: a clear sense of what decisions feel hard or slow, access to the tools and platforms your team uses, and openness to sharing how things actually work (not how they’re supposed to work). We start with the reality, not the ideal.

The advisory starts at $2,000/month — what determines the exact investment?

Three factors define your investment: Scope — how complex are your data systems and processes? Objective — what decisions need to be unlocked, and how fast? Scale — how many people, systems, or business units are involved? We map this out during the diagnostic call. You’ll have a clear number before any commitment is made.

Is this for large corporations only, or also for smaller businesses and startups?

Both — but for different reasons. Growing businesses and startups come to us when they need to build a data foundation before scaling, validate decisions before executing, or stop operating on gut instinct. Established companies come when their data exists but doesn’t produce clarity — when reports accumulate but decisions still feel uncertain. The common thread is not size. It’s that the business has outgrown its current level of organizational clarity.

What about the add-on services — financial consulting, VPS migration, website design?

These are complementary services for clients who need operational capacity beyond analytics. Financial consulting is for businesses that need their numbers structured and readable before strategy can happen. VPS migration is for teams moving to self-hosted infrastructure. Website design is for founders who need a lean, fast, professional online presence. They can be engaged independently or as part of a broader engagement.

How do you handle sensitive organizational data?

All engagements operate under a strict internal privacy protocol. Data shared during the engagement is used exclusively for the work agreed upon — it is never shared, referenced in other contexts, or used for any purpose outside the scope of your project. We treat confidentiality as a professional standard, not an add-on. If your organization requires a formal NDA, we accommodate that.

We deal with internal HR and people data — is that something you’ve worked with before?

Yes. Organizational and people analytics — including culture risk, team dynamics, and leadership alignment — is one of the core areas of the ABYA framework. We work with HR and People Ops teams to surface patterns in how teams actually operate vs. how they’re designed to operate: workload imbalances, miscommunication signals, retention risks, and structural misalignment between leadership and execution. All of this is handled with full discretion.

Business Owner

My processes are a mess and I don’t know where to start. Is that too basic for EterWebStudio?

That’s exactly where most engagements begin. Disorganized processes and unclear data are not a sign of a broken business — they’re a sign of a business that grew faster than its structure. We’ve seen it in companies at every stage. Our first job is to make visible what’s actually happening. From there, everything becomes solvable.

Startup / Founder

We’re pre-revenue and still building. Are we too early?

Not necessarily. The most expensive decisions in a startup are the ones made without data — building the wrong thing, hiring in the wrong sequence, scaling before the foundation is solid. Clarity before building is one of the highest-leverage investments at the early stage. If you’re at the point where decisions feel uncertain and the cost of being wrong is rising, it’s the right time.

Product Owner / Product Leader

We have product metrics but leadership doesn’t trust them. Can you help?

Yes — and this is a pattern we see frequently. The problem is rarely the data itself. It’s that the data isn’t structured in a way that maps to the decisions leadership needs to make. We work with product teams to translate operational metrics into decision-ready intelligence: what’s working, what’s at risk, and what the next move should be — in a language the full organization can act on.

Executive / Director

How is this different from hiring a traditional consulting firm?

Traditional consulting firms deliver frameworks and recommendations. We deliver working systems and decision intelligence. The difference is that you leave with something that functions — dashboards your team can use, processes your people can follow, and insights your leadership can act on immediately. We also integrate behavioral and organizational analytics that most firms don’t touch: how your team actually operates, where informal dynamics create risk, and what your data says about the future — not just the past.
